Smoker's Tax.

Starting on April 1 there will be a 6.50 tax added to every cartoon sold in the great US of A. Now I'm a heavy smoker, its all I can afford to do. Everything else has gotten so expensive. So I'm being taxed for smoking. Next your gonna be taxed for drinking, eating and breathing. Don't kid yourself, once they get away with this they will try to tax everything they can. Big brother needs all the money they can get their hands on.
